The staff at AWTC are Engineers with various backgrounds and experiences. They are trained in India as well as in Italy on the Italian Technology. They are able to handle all levels of qualified trainees attending from various parts of the country. Apart from training program, they are managing with all collaborative parties (IWST/ICE/ACIMALL) for the best functioning of the center. They are in co-ordination with various wood working industries in India and abroad for the purpose of providing job opportuinities to the trainees after the completion of the training and also to propagate the Italian technology. The staff also co-ordinates with the scientists of IWST for their various research activities. The Trainers are managing the administrative activities in consultation with the director of IWST and the Officer-in-charge.
